Originally a chemistry major at Queensboro Community College, Stephen Mack left college to pursue his true passion; cooking. Stephen became Head Chef at Plattduetsche Park Restaurant, one of New York's premier restaurants. Later, Stephen became the vice president of a national circulation marketing firm as well as director of marketing at a large New York mortgage bank. He has also owned his own Kirby Vacuum Cleaner franchise. He resides in Queens, New York with his wife and four children. Stephen still does a lot of cooking for family and friends and also enjoys playing chess, the guitar and drums.
